We generally ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.

We use Australia post for items under 20kg and under 110cm

For larger products we use different courier services.

Your item is cover by a 14 day money back guarantee

If for any reason you would like to return your product, you have 14 days to do so.

Item must be returned in new conditioned, unused, with all paper work, in original packaging,

Item must be sent using registered post/ freight, and is the buyers expense.

Refund will be issued in full excluding postage cost and any re-stocking fee if applicable.
