- You may need more then one cutting movement depending on the hardness or softness of the meat/ bone. If cutting hard bones, it is recommended to work on a very solid bench top or on the floor, to get more efficiency.
- Main difference between this model and the gear shaft model is that this model has a wider cutting area. The gear shaft model has a narrower area but stronger cutting. Both require strong movements, repeatedly.
