A combination of a scalding and plucking machine in one.
Scalder: Designed to assist with the scalding process prior to plucking. Constructed from stainless steel, it allows birds to be immersed in hot water to help loosen feathers and reduce plucking time.
Suitable for use with chicken, duck, goose, turkey, and similar poultry.
The unit features a thermostat with digital temperature display, integrated heating element, and a removable dunk basket for easier handling during operation.
Plucker: Appropriate for removing the feathers of medium and larger birds such as chicken, turkey, duck and goose.
Before using the plucker, the chicken must be placed into the scalder.
Plucker can pluck a few birds at a time.
Comes with wheels for easy mobility.
Note: Please keep in mind it will not pluck a duck or goose super clean due to the down feathers.

Although the product comes with one 10Amp plug and heavy duty cable (2.5mm) for both the scalder and plucker. It should be connected to a 15Amp outlet. (Unless you are using only the plucker).
If you are using an extension cable, use a 15Amp 2.5mm rated cable, as short as you can. (Can be found in our shop).
